Forward calls

Sign in at office.ooma.com as an admin and open Settings
Click the user’s line, then the Call Forwarding tab.

Set call forwarding to Enabled
Enabled forwards every call. None of the user’s devices ring until it is disabled.

Enter Maggie’s number and save
Or from any Ooma phone dial *72, wait for the prompt, dial the number, then #.

Call your business number from another phone
We are listening for it.

Call your business number from another phone
Answering Agent listens for the call. When your agent picks up, the phone numbers step in your dashboard turns green.
Good to know
- *74 toggles forwarding on and off once configured.
- In the end-user portal, turn on Require key press on answer so a cell voicemail cannot swallow the call.
Move your number
Start the move from Dashboard, then Phone numbers, then Add a number, and choose Move my number. Upload your latest bill and we read the details for you. Have these ready:Watch out for
- Ooma publishes no Office port-out page; the only porting-away page is residential and covers cancellations and refunds.
- Do not cancel Ooma before the port completes.
