Setup Steps

Get Your WashAssist Credentials

Log into your WashAssist Dashboard. Find your Location Code in Location Settings.

Add Integration in Answering Agent

Go to Answering Agent Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → WashAssist.

Enter Required Fields

Enter your username, password, and location code.

Test Connection

Click “Test Connection” to verify and load cancellation reasons.

Enable Integration

Turn it on. Your AI now connects to WashAssist during calls.

How It Works

Customer calls your wash

AI answers: "Thanks for calling [Your Wash]"

AI looks up phone in WashAssist

AI greets: "Hi Amanda! I see you have 2 accounts with us..."

Customer: "I want to cancel my membership"

AI asks: "Which location? And may I ask why you're canceling?"

Customer selects account and gives reason

AI cancels in WashAssist with reason code logged

Common Issues & Fixes

Cause: Wrong code or no location accessFix:
  1. Double-check location code in WashAssist (case-sensitive)
  2. Verify your account has permissions for that location
  3. Contact WashAssist support to confirm access
Cause: Connection test didn’t load reasonsFix: Re-run the test. Reasons load during the test connection step.
Cause: AI didn’t confirm which customer_guidFix: AI should list all accounts and ask customer to confirm which one.
