Get the account

GET /account

Returns the team the API key reads, its phone lines and members, and today’s date in the team’s timezone. Call it first to check that your key works and points at the team you expect. Use the phone line id values to filter reports by location. This endpoint takes no inputs. Try it in the playground.

Fields

object

The team’s id, name, IANA timezone, and today as YYYY-MM-DD in that timezone. Report ranges such as today and mtd use this timezone.

The person who created the API key: their id, name, and role on the team (owner, admin, or manager).

Each phone line the key’s owner can see, with its id, name, and phone_number. name and phone_number can be null. Report filters.phone_line_id takes the id.

Up to 50 team members, sorted by name, each with id, name, and role. The id is the same one a task’s assignee.id has, and it is what assigned_to and report filters.team_member_ids take. A team owner shows their team role, or owner when they have none. role is null for someone who only has access to a phone line.

Names of the active point-of-sale integrations the AI uses on calls.
